A country house that became a finca
It used to be called Cortijo Los Tollos. Today its owners, descendants of the old family, have restored it as a place of cobbled squares, olive grove and tree-lined walks.

Outdoors, among olive trees
Civil ceremonies take place outdoors, in several corners of the finca. The team helps with the set-up, the officiant and the ritual.
20:00 · Drinks reception
Drinks under the trees
Welcome drinks between sun and shade, scented with jasmine, lavender and rosemary. Standing, the olive grove takes more than three hundred people.

Olive-grove light
The sun goes down, the stone turns gold and the cypresses darken. In the olive grove the light is dazzling by day and warm by night.
22:00 · Dinner
Its own kitchen, cooked that day
The finca has its own professional kitchen: the food is cooked on the day, never pre-cooked or reheated. You dine in the Salón de las Golondrinas, for 280, or outdoors.

Up to 280 seated, among timber, thatch and glass. It opens to the air whenever you like.

Tables under the olive trees, on the lawn. Standing, more than three hundred people.
23:00 · Dancing
The party runs until six
A DJ or live music, lights and high-quality sound that carries from the hall to the outdoors. Only one event a day: the dance floor is yours.

The lights go out
At six the lights go out, one by one. Afterwards, coaches and minibuses make several return trips, so nobody has to drive.
